Kristen's tea party bridal shower last Saturday turned out very well. We had a bit more people than anticipated, but since LG is an amazing event planner, we were prepared. Just a bit of the fun in photos.
The first wedding present arrived a bit earlier than the rest. Note: the bride is wearing pajama pants :)
After Kristen received the orange gloves, she was instructed to wear them to open all the rest of the presents. And she did. She has mad skills.

This was my favorite part pf the shower though it happened after most everyone was gone. And this makes me love my cousins even more. Apparently you're supposed to use the ribbons from all the gifts and create a bouquet that would be used at your wedding rehearsal (though LDS weddings don't have wedding rehearsals). I was unaware of this, but my cousins Amy and Susan stepped right up and started searching for ribbons and turning them into a bouquet. Well...sometimes...the bouquet ends up looking more like a hat.
Remember LLHN? After Kristen's bridal shower a few of us stuck around and played together. This is just a bit of the fun.
